AS teachers , We are as busy as a bee from morning till night every day . Sometimes , we don't know what we are busy with . Maybe we are busy correcting the students papers;maybe we are busy writing our teaching plan ;maybe we are busy talking to students;maybe we are busy doing chores ;maybe we are busy with nothing . We are just like a peg-top that will never stop going round and round .
Why not stop for a while to think over what we did , what we are doing , and what we shall do ? Spending all your time on your work doesn't mean you can do you job well . Why can't we spend more time in finding the best way for the students to learn and for us teachers to work? Personally , I think the best way is to spend the least time and get the best result . Though I can't do it , I will try my best to do it . It is efficiency that matters!
